Comes Frozen, individually vacuum-packed
Preparation method(s):
1. Defrost beef (in packaging) in water for 10 minutes.
2. Remove beef striploin from packaging and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
4. Heat pan up with butter, garlic and thyme.
5. Pan sear your beef striploin for 2-4 minutes on each side (depending on your preference).
6. Let it rest for awhile before serving.
